Office Hours & Appointments

We welcome patients by appointment Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our centers are closed on holidays. Because of surgery schedules, all of our doctors are not in the eye center at the same time. If you cannot keep an appointment, we would appreciate it if you would contact us as soon as possible.  Back to Top

First Visit

If you are a new patient, please allow several hours for your first eye exam. If you are coming for a surgery evaluation, such as a cataract exam, please allow three or more hours for your examination. This amount of time is usually needed for the screening procedures, diagnostic examination, and pre-surgical testing if required. Medications: Please bring all medications you are currently using. Your doctor will want to see the medications you are taking for your health or other eye problems. Insurance Information: Please bring your insurance cards or other policy information and identification. You may wish to bring an accompanying driver in the event your eyes are dialated as part of the exam.  Back to Top

Payment Policy

Payment for non-insured services is expected at the end of your visit. Our center accepts cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. However, we will not deny care to anyone based on their financial status. If you anticipate any difficulty in paying for your visit or surgery, please let us know so that we can make other arrangements for you.  Back to Top
